We are a Covid-secure group with permission to run face-to-face sessions for new parents.
Moo Born is a 4 week course suitable for babies from 0 to pre-moving.
We blend together our beautiful Moo Music and also tummy time instruction to provide new parents the opportunity to learn about their baby’s development, spend time with people on the same journey as them, as well as provide some much needed light relief and fun.
Our new block starts on the week commencing February 8 and lasts for four weeks.
Yorkshire Born Yorkshire Fed 5* Weaning Workshop covers all you need to know about introducing solid food as well as providing support throughout your weaning journey. Ideal for parents and carers of babies 4-7 months. Whether you are just starting to think about weaning or have just already begun, the 2 hour session is full of hints, tips and tricks that will leave you feeling confident about starting this new exciting phase.
We are now able to run our fabulous face-to-face workshops whilst also continuing to deliver our very popular sessions on Zoom. Private sessions can be arranged (in person or online) for small groups of friends.
The workshops are welcoming and interactive, we encourage any questions so you leave feeling confident about the next step, this also includes follow-up support for as long as you need.
Sophie, the founder, is an experienced Infant Feeding Advisor having worked for ten years in the NHS delivering weaning training to parents, children’s centre staff and health professionals. Yorkshire Born Yorkshire Fed has now expanded to meet demand with a team of trained knowledgeable staff, who are all mums themselves. They all have Nutrition training/backgrounds and are ready to guide you through.

Baby Sensory is an interactive, multi-sensory experience combining massage, music, light shows, signing, puppets singing and much more. Classes run Mondays and Tuesdays, term time.
A chance for Mums to chat while their children interact and play before we all join together for a short fun time of songs, rhymes and musical activities.
Afterwards while the children have refreshments Mum’s can relax and have a cuppa.

Friendly and supportive group for breastfeeding mums and their families.
Held in a relaxed setting, we have baby sensory play and peer supporters at the sessions.
Buggy4Fitness is a fun, hour-long outdoors, postnatal workout, focussing on a wide variety of postnatal-specific exercises. Mums of all fitness levels are welcome. You can join as early as 6-10 weeks after birth.
Sessions include: Buggy4Fitness, HIIT, FitnessMix and Strength & Conditioning. Venues include Manor Health, Wellholme Park, The Stray and Play Palace.

Sessions include:
Mini Massage courses are sociable, relaxed and fun. The course is open to infants from birth up to pre-crawling and guides you through a step-by-step massage routine, which combines a balance of relaxing and stimulating massage, reflexology techniques and yoga movement. Refreshments and socialising time are offered at the end of each class.
