Come and meet the midwives who will provide your care!
As midwives of Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust, we want you to have the best experience possible at one of the most significant times of your life.
If coming into hospital to have your baby, we understand that this can be an anxious time with unfamiliar environments and faces.
At our sessions, we want to show you the facilities and choices on offer when deciding where to give birth, through the sharing of photos and images.
There will also be information in each area and the chance to ask questions and speak to midwives.
Sessions are on the third Saturday of each month and are one hour long. You can attend any time in your pregnancy, but we advise around 34-36 weeks.
The sessions will be held in the room next to the antenatal clinic waiting area at Calderdale Royal Hospital. Access from the Women’s and Children’s entrance, lift 5, floor 2.
