This week (Feb 1-7, 2021) is Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week!
The theme is Express Yourself; finding ways to share your feelings, thoughts, ideas and show who you really are through creativity.
There are all kinds of things you can do to get involved, but here is something really easy:
